I don't know about all of the tuna stuff. I'm sure that it would all fit on the right motorsailer.
Hull speed should be about 6 kts under sail.
There are many sail assisted fishing boats around the world. I was just wondering if anyone had tried them here. They will really extend the effective range of a trip.
I rigged my sailboat for fishing when I was in Idaho. It takes a little getting used to because everything slows down and gets real pleasant. It's sometimes hard to remember that your there to fish but with focus and discipline you can stay on task.
