Looking for a Boat

I'm still lookin!!
There is just so many ways to go,so many boats for sale.The last ones I have checked out where
26' tollycrafts 1977@19k 1977@15k and a 1979@24k
anyway something like that.
Everything I look at seem to use about 8-10 gph
seems that speed is the only real diffrance.
Wanting to try my hand at some real offshore fishing so what do yall think.

There's a fellow named John who posts here who goes by "Black Magic". He has not one but two small Tollycrafts, so he's a good guy to talk to about them. You can do a search for a post of his and send him an e-mail.

Come to think of it, he's getting ready to sell one of his boats so maybe you have already spoken with him!

Walleyed....twin 350's on a 32ft (I think 12,000 lb) boat use 20 gal/hr at 3,000 rpms. If that helps.

Walleyed, I just happened to notice a 26' Tolley in the current Boat Trader this week. If I remember correctly it had a single diesel, built around 1973, flybridge, price about $12,000? I can't remember the other details, but I would be glad to pass along the phone number tomorrow, if you are interested.

Did a search on "Black Magic".
wow what a responce on his good deal.
Couldn't get the picture but you guys really got me leaning tollycraft way.
I really don't need a tolly but when I
look at a tolly it just says fighing'
and the fact the I can use it as a poor mans
get away on a sper of the moment beach trip.
