Thanks Bruce.

I'm going to finish the details today if it kills me.

Unfortunately the Shilo hung me out and so I've had to re-evaluate the accomodations thing. I'm weighing a bunch of criteria and trying to figure out which one fits best.

It may be that we just use the meeting space at the Rogue and forget the formal hotel meeting rooms. That might be the best idea anyway since it's right on the bay.

We'll see. I called a bunch of different places this morning and I'm waiting to hear back from them.

Yeah, I thought if we were going to do the Rogue as the meeting area I would get a discount for the rooms at the Inn @ Yaquina for sure. They don't have a meeting room or I'd use them for everything.
