Default LED Spreader replacement lights?

Does anyone have any feedback on this spreader light? It is expensive, and I want to replace my spreader light with an LED but don't want to plunk down my boat bucks without soem positive feedback. This is marketed by "Dr. LED". Any help would be appreciated.

I don't have experience with that exact light... but Dr LED has been marketing quite a few. They have them from nav lights etc.

Pros:
- Less energy draw
- Very bright
- More true color representation than a standard buld with colored lens.

Cons
- Less piercing power. For instance.. I have several Mag Lights. The ones with conventional bulbs are like a spotlight and can really reach out and illuminate something at quite a range. The one with the LED light is very bright, but has a fraction of the range.

Please post a review of these if you end up going with them. Would be curious to know who they work out.

Thanks for the reply. There are bunches online and so I may take a leap of faith and try one. My current one is too much like a spot, and I'm looking for diffused light over the deck.
