Too many rules to list....But.....
Can't sell to out of state buyer w/o going through an FFL holder.
Shipping requirements are equally complex, but call your shipper and ask. As long as proper FFL forms are filled out,
the shipper should be happy, as long as it meets their company policies.
Some shippers won't ship guns, others will.
My advice, have a local dealer take care of it for you, or meet them halfway.
Shipping a gun, dealer to dealer, is about a $60-70 affair.
And if it's an out of state purchase, you have no choice but to ship dealer to dealer. Failure to do so is a felony. Don't want that.
