12 needle eye hooks and a 28' boat. D'oh I haven't got the money for the boat. How soon do you need the money? What size needle eye hook do I need for a cedar plug?

Hey John, what kind of price will Dean quote you on TC 200 clones, if we get them (same color) by the dozen?
Keta .... that 3412 plug hook is a 10/0. Only size they come in (that's what I was told when I asked about an 8/0). Plug makers like SeaStriker use the same hook for both the 4 inch and 6 inch.

John - Will you please pick-up (12) of the double, barbless, stainless hooks, I think they were about 10/0 -- same as last year. Also I will take a full box of needle eye hooks in 9/0 or 10/0 if the price is $34.00. If the price is $79.00/100 the 50 will due. Many thanks for you effort - beer or gas money take your pick.

Pilar, Add about a dozen tc100 3 each purple/black, zuccini, mexican flag and...?? maybe a pink and green (dorado)and or? choose a color. And 6 4" cedar plugs plain and purple/black?
I assume that the payment wouldn't be due untill the order was picked up in March. Thanks

Re: Englunds TUNA! order .. by 12/12/2003 1200
So far we have an order like so
Order next time.
(25) 20/0 circle hooks, sorry Ray.
Comes in a box of 100 for $99.
(20) Poe's 4" cedar plugs (If available)
Not sure about availability, I'll pass it on when I hear the word.
Ordered today.
(1) Box of 10, #7698B 12/0, Sword longline hooks
(1) Box of 10, #7968B 10/0, Sword longline hooks
(2) Boxes of 100, #3412 10/0, needle eye hooks
(3) Bags of 10, TCF 100 (4") feathers, Purple/Black, Zucchini, Mexican flag
Stocked item, pick them up when we get the order.
(1) Box of 50, mustad SS TUNA! double hooks
It should be here by March 1. Maybe a Newport Tunaholics meeting is called for order for early spring.
Rapalas .. Dean will look into ordering some and I'll get the price info. There are many colors so we should know that before the order.
TCF200 are sold by the bag of 10, all the same color in a bag for $52. The TCF100 are sold the same way for a little less a bag.

Re: Englunds TUNA! order .. by 12/12/2003 1200
Just a note about repalas. I have fished them for over seven years now and have found that after a hit or two they do not run true and are very hard to tweek back to run true. A far better lure is the Yo-zuri hydro magnums. They track true after three seasons hungry TUNA hits. I will never buy a rapala again. In fact I'm selling my new ones in box on e-bay next month.Another tip which is the smaller sizes come with treble hooks which I change out to small 4/o or 5/o double s/s tuna hooks which are hard to find but are avaliable from good tuna tackle stores such as Hi's tackle in San Francisco. These lures track deep and produce fish late season as well. Just a suggestion, but Englands will ship it to you for way less than the gas to go there. You could have it by next week if they have it. If you're order is big enough and you're not getting any discounts (which you should ask for), they will probably ship it for free to each of you guys.

I don't want to be difficult or throw a monkey wrench in the process....however there is a place that sells Sevenstrand TC's (2.5 oz 6 inch) for $4.27 plus shipping. They also have some of the other Tuna tackle mentioned in this thread. I can get more info on quanity discounts etc, if anyone is interested.
