I recently came into posession of the above entitled 22 page pamphlet. It is a zip file in PDF format, meaning you need a unzip program to unzip it and Adobe Reader (both free) to read it.
It contains approx. 7 chapters,

5) Cleaning the Catch (with pictures)
6)Cooking Suggestions
7) Tuna Recipes
The booklet was originally published in 1977 and distributed free by The State of Washington.
If you would like a copy, Please indicate so on this thread. Depending on the amount of interest, I can post this on my personal web space for a limited amount of time. The file is 6.27MB so it is over my allotted free space meaning I would only like to put it up for three or four weeks. Another alternative is if you have a high speed connection I could e-mail it to you direct. I found the book to be very interesting and would like to share.
