Re: Recipes for canned smoked and reg salmon?
I've made this Salmon dip for years taking it to the Superbowl games and other special events. Everyone loves it and is surprised how good it is. I mostly use Canned Kokanee but I've used Coho and Chinook Salmon as well.
Blend 8 0z. Cream cheese and 8 oz sour cream at room temperature.
Add and blend
1 tablespoon Worchestershire Sauce,
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Garlic Salt
1 pint Canned flaked salmon (remove all bone and dark spots from meat)
Place in refrigerator for 1 hour
Serve with Ruffles plain chips.
