Townhouse For Rent

I've been relocated out of state for a few years, and we need to rent out our townhouse in Tigard. It is a 1500 sf end unit with three bedrooms, well maintained and in a gated community.

We are asking $1095/mo rent and are offering 1/2 off of first month's rent. We will cover HOA's. Craigslist link to property listing:

We will also donate $100 to this great site if it is rented through Ifish. We have more pictures and will supply on request - not sure why the property management company only posted pics of the kitchen...plenty of other great features, include a GREAT main level floor plan for entertaining. The blue/green color in the kitchen is being repainted a light cafe' brown this weekend.
