I can't stop looking at that photo. What a crazy event.. It's really an incredible find... As far as odds... I'm sure you would have better luck winning powerball than finding something like that again in your lifetime.

Bugle magazine had a photo essay on elk getting killed by trees a few years ago. had about 12 different photos of elk that had the same fate as those two guys. weird stuff

I saw a picture a few years ago where a whole herd died in a lighnting strike in the rockies. 40+ animals

I did find it funny when a guy was telling me that he had found an elk, crushed by a tree,"Last week" "You wanna see a pic of the big sucker".....goes back to his truck, and pulls out that picture hahahaha
