Re: 28\' Bertram Terrafin
Tom- you aren't shopping are you? Minaki will be really peeved. She's happy to have some friendly company at Warrenton Boat Works, she looked a little lonely. Miss B Haven is on the little rail right in front of her slip til lnext week. Sounds like they're going to put Minaki on the big rail again for the first pull as soon as they get rid of the ****** boat thats there right now. They said they would be faster on Miss B vbut they got a big ugly job on that Uniflite they'll be woring in parallel.
Herbie is keeping Minaki company too. Everyone knows Herbie right? He's up from Garibabldi for some work it looks like. I miss his old Purple People Eater paint job from years back. Story was the paint came in the wrong color but they were in ahurry and put it on anyway. I thought that big grape look was pretty cool acutally.
Could be fun trying to get Miss B back in the slip next week. I lucked out yesterday with the East Wind. Not sure I'm going to get that lucky again. I guess I'll just put the fenders out and dock up to Lady Dee?

Re: 28\' Bertram Terrafin
 That's the ONLY thing funny about it! Ya- it's gunna hurt real bad. Steve looked at it and is of the same opinion I am, the floors gotta come out to get to the manifolds/turbo. The head should be relativley easy after that. Looks like I have a winter project. At least I'm qualified on a saws-all! Maybe I'll just leave the floor/interior out and put in more Tuna storage and live bait tanks!

Re: 28\' Bertram Terrafin
Hey Roger!! Thanks- It will probably be Monday before I know exactly when they'll be done. Besides working on Minaki they'll have to play the weather to get 3 coats of paint on Miss B.
All I need is somebody to catch my rail on the dock. I hate to have somebody drive all that way with me for 5 minutes of bow catching. It's pretty quiet down there right now so you sure can't count on somebody just happening to be there. Glad to hear you're going down!
You wanna send me a phone number so I can let you know? Don't think I've got yours.
