C.R. bar ,pucker 3, driving portland 10+
I have crossed the Columbia bar in a 17 ft boat, 6 times and it was only a pucker of about 3-4.
Im a country bumpkin and driving thru the (city) is always anxiety. Ive been thru L.A., Seattle,Denver,ect..ect...and PORTLAND. I stayed at the Hilton in down town Portland.
The pucker factor while driving in Portland is the highest of all.
Poor signing ,fast drivers (who know where they are going) lots of bridges (all look alike ) gray skies (no sun to orient yourself)and a city that large, all combine to create a dirt road drivers worst nightmare.Pucker 10.
Mel (Miss B.) sent a little note about how to get to Santana's. I was hoping that maybe someone could give me some details .

That's not my home number and I won't be home this evening. Gotta go to Warrenton and prep to get Miss B pulled Weds morning. You might have to call somebody else if you can't call me this morning at the number I gave you.

Yeah, Mel, and why do directions from downtown Portland to Santana's include such notable locations as Mist and Vernonia? Actually I kinda understand since that's the way I usually get there. [img]graemlins/1zhelp.gif[/img]
