Yeehaw!! Paid off first mortgage ...
Yeehaw!! My sweety and I just paid off the first mortgage on our house at
Pacific City!! Now all I have to do is pay off that pesky second on the house
that we took to buy the boat and we'll "be in 'em". :grin: :grin: :grin: :grin:
Come on stock market!! Papa needs to pay off the second and at least one
of the cars so he can retire!

Multiple houses and zero titles.......But I don't plan to wait till any of them are paid for to buy a new boat or retire.
The houses will pay for themselves and the new new boat at some point. That day is the one I'm waiting for!!! :grin:
