A few FOWL days
Not sure if I have the pictures uploaded or not, but was able to get out a few times this year and have gotten a few birds as well. Most hunts have seen the camera left at home but a few have been documented. Saturday hunterextreme and myself decided to hit up our newly found traffic spot and after getting everything ready to go I got out of the blind for a stretch and a walk. Not 5 minutes later a duck was flying by and my first shot of 2009 resulted in a banded drake wood duck!!!! After shoot time we had a lone goose come in on a string, Gary took him and he was dead when he hit the ground, we have another pair of honkers working but never committed and ended the geese with a group of 5 coming in and 4 staying around.
The middle pic is a duck hunt I went on the other day. Not many birds flying but I was able to get a few "pretty" ones for a pic.
Finally, if the last pic worked, its a cell phone pic of another traffic day that worked, 5 tavs and a few cacks to finish out the limits.

Re: A few FOWL days
The bird was Banded in Idaho in August of 2008. I'm sure it was banded as an adult though as it is very well plumed and has great feathers and color!
