Try going to a local Radio Shack or something and see if they will charge the phone a little so you can start calling people. It may work...

Re: CELL Phone Found, South Yamhill River/Bellevue Hwy
I might try that route... But. with the disposible electronics, I bet the owner already has new phone & this one is no longer able to be used.
Will not contact company, would be routed to India Or voice mail.. Not worth the time & energy.
Only going to try the Local attempt. going to post photo of person. Some local ifisher might know them. If not..30 day's cell shredder- To protect the Identy/info on phone.
can only do so much.

Lg Fusic.
I am thinking by this time frame, the owner has replaced Cell already. If my phone, would have bought new one to replace.

Re: CELL Phone Found, South Yamhill River/Bellevue Hwy
Post an ad on Craigslist?
Have you looked on craigslist lost and found yet?
Post the pic of the lady. Chances are more people will recognize a person over a black lab.
Someone may be looking for that phone whether they replaced it or not. Sprint is the only company that sells that phone so I'm sure they would happily charge it to help you find the owner.
I found a phone years agoand it only had a few numbers in it. I called one and a lady answered and said she had no idea whose phone it could be and kind of dismissed me. I told her where I found it and she got a little interested. It was two blocks from her daughter's house. She said "I'll call my husband". 2 seconds later the lost phone was ringing. I had her husband's phone. He had set on the roof of his car. He was very happy to get it back scratches and all.
