Re: CHECK OUT These Stripteasers!
Wonder what those cost? My luck a big Blue would decide to inhale the whole thing, hooks or not! :depressed:
OH- I really like this part:
"When you’re done fishing, just hang up the Stripteaser dredge, rinse it with fresh water, let it dry and put it away. That’s all there is to it.”
Yeah- but when my wife finds out I cleaned out her hanging locker and finds this teaser hanging there is all she has to wear to dinner, could be trouble!
Maybe I could make it double as a boat Chandelier?

Re: CHECK OUT These Stripteasers!
Hi Popeye,
Captain Harry's is such a fun place. It's like FMS only the floor is alot dirtier and a ton of commercial supplies are mixed in.
My buddy will be flying in from Miami in 4 days. He actually was Sword fishing this week. I'll have to ask him what he knows.
Looks like you've shot a bulls eye here. Why not try it out? Thanks for the info.!

Re: CHECK OUT These Stripteasers!
Tom.....I do indeed intend to try them out. Once you get to know me, you'll understand that saltwater gear is my heroin  And if I have an idea for sumpin and I can't buy it somewhere, I'll make it. It really helps to have a machine shop, metal fab, plastic fab, powder coating, and integration shop!
I really like the idea that there aren't any strings or wires ta get tangled, and I've already thought of some pretty cool ways to present them.

Dad gum it Bruce. What are you doing throwing gas on a flame.
When are we gonna see your version of those folding dredges?
I hope you want additional field testers...

Re: CHECK OUT These Stripteasers!
I was considering buying one of these this year, but have so many Tuff Hoo and Bully Hoo that I made a teaser out of them - with about 10 fish. All the articles say these are the best, but I don't know anyone personally that have tried them. The Tuff Hoo, Bully Hoo, and squid teasers I ran this year - honestly - didn't seem to make a whole lot of difference, but who can tell? I caught more fish without teasers than with, but it may have been due to that fact that the fish hit prior to putting out the teasers - and I didn't have time to run them. All the articles, however, say teasers are effective. Personally, I would like to try these strip teasers, but at about $250 for 35 fish - hmm... If it meant 35 tuna, I would spring. Anyone believe in them? (Mel - it's me - Dean)
Fishing this year - Albacore off the Oregon coast. Prior experince - Florida and Georgia Gulf Stream - teasers were the rave.
