Disco Swordfish?

Ok all you swordfishin' nuts, here is something to get them to dance. I found this on another board talking about swordfishing.

"A friend of mine who worked on Broadbill boats in Texas(or Fla?) said they used to use sealed preserving jars (strong and waterproof even at depth) with a strobe inside, they'd drop these down 100ft or so, and he reckoned every flash lit up the sea.
I am going to try this one day, just gotta get around to going out for a broadbill sometime again! :-)
