Default summer lake 12/28 with report
just a day trip tomorrow to run the dog, shoot 7 green heads and 4 canadas and a limit of quail. after the morning limits i might look for chukar

There used to be pheasants in that area, too. Better make room for a pair of those!

well if i shot better i could have limited by 11:ooam. lost two birds in the reeds, tanner is not a duck dog it looks like. came home with 1 mallard drake 2 hooded mergansers. it was a 40-40 day, 40deg with 40mph gusts.
