Default Pickeled Tuna

Good flavor but has the consistancy of wet sawdust :depressed: I'll stick to salmon.

Mrs Fortywinks aka Waterdogs momma does know how to make some fine grub.

I could not believe my wife eating the pickled tuna at ifishstock. It was good, (correction: really really good)!!! My wife barely eats raw vegetables, let alone raw fish I plan on making some next year when I have some fresh tuna.

Hey guys,,,,try frying the chunks of albacore until done, don't overcook,, instead of putting the stuff in raw..Then put the fish in the jar and add onions, vinegar and wharever else you need,,,let it set up and you may be surprised.......then again maybe not,,,,,,,but give it a try.....

Keta, you should try Mrs. fortywinks' tuna... Not pickled as in jar, but raw pickled with ginger, garlic and rice(?) vinegar. oooohhhhh. We need to get her to post the recipe!
