Default sturgeon bonniville

Met up with fellow ifisher "fisher jack" and went to bonniville. The wind was terrible could not get the anchor to set. What is the secret.

Moved down to the power lines off Camas for the rest of the day. Talked to the fish checker who
said not one fish was caught up to that point.

oh well had a nice time with Jack. We will do it again for springers.

Make sure you have a big enough anchor, a break away chain type and good buoy retrival system and enough rope. You might want to get the Amato video on safe anchoring. Make sure you pull from the bow in case you hang it....there are several bow systems that allow you to do this. It is imparative for safety.
