Default Smith River NorCal- Steelhead

Fished the Smith River from the forks to Ruby Vandeveter Park on Sunday.

Hooked 3 Steelhead and Landed 3.
Barbless Hooks. Sidedrifting roe. 7,8 and 9 lbs.

Never seen brighter fish.

No pics due to the heavy rain.

Beautiful river. Nice fish. Worth the drive.

That's an awesome river to catch a lunker steelie, but it's also one of the snaggiest river I've ever fished in  Although I love to go after steelies there, but I think it's one of the toughest river to actually bring the fish to the boat/shore. So kudos for your success
