Re: a new toy
Yeah LOTS of ideas!
If you like the "Old West" look and would like an authentic western holster to put that in it can't get any more AUTHENTIC than this guy's
http://www.oldwestreproductions.com/...+West+Holsters
This fellow also make a number of authentic western holsters, in fact several for recent movies. I just talked to him the other day and he's busy making some up for Val Kilmer for an upcoming western with lots of authenticity.

Then, if you really want to make that SAA feel like you're driving a Ferarri, buy and install these two springs found in the "Gunslinger Spring Kit" to replace the heavy originals. Your SAA will feel amazingly different and silky smooth.

Like the gun..... man, when I was a kid I always wanted to be the cowboy because they always won!! So being an Indian I was always volunteered to be the Indun.... LOL

Check out Ted Blocker Holsters in Tigard. They make a great line of western holsters that will do your new shooter proud

Re: a new toy
I know a guy in Forest Grove that makes holsters for people. He does alot of work through Als Gun Shop in Verboort. Just go there and tell Marcus you want to talk to Jack about one and he will hook you up. He does EXCELLENT work. but there may be a waiting list.
