We fished outside in Big blue on Monday and got quick limits of Coho (a couple of big ones too!). Light pressure outside and inside also. We did not see a single fish on from bouy 10 all the way back to Hammond. Fish checker said she checked 95 fishing persons on Sunday and only 25 fish (I think the ocean was to rough to get out). If you want to try the Hammond area and do not want to go into the ocean (or can not get out because it is to rough) try just upstream of the Hammond boat launch. Just look for the other boats.

Got outside in Zippy last sunday and found Coho between CR and # 2 toward the north side of the shipping channel. Fish seemed to be in small bands and it seemed like when we got one on we either immediately had a second on or within a couple of minutes of landing the first we would have a second one on.Kinda like a fire drill and then a period of no activity for a while and then back on again.Staying a respectable distance from the charter guys but following their lead as to where to be has worked for us consistantly.

My buddy just called with a report. He fished outside and said it was kind of rough. It was just him and a couple of charters in the CR area. He limited in 30 minutes. He was fishing by himself (you notice I didn't say he was my smart friend ). Didn't see any fish caught on the inside. HJ
