Default Arrow selection <---------<<<-

I am going to buy new arrows for next year and was looking and some have the word "hunter" in the name i take it that the only difference is that the shafts are camo as aposed to just being black, i really dont care one way or the other, the black ones are cheaper on most arrows though, just curious because arent some carbons better for hunting then others such as one being more for the range and one being designed alittle tougher for hunting? i would think you could use any arrow you wanted for hunting.

You have to look at the straightness of the arrows! With broadheads i wont shoot anything that has more than .003 straightness!

I have been very happy with Gold Tip Pro Hunters and XT Hunters. Even though the Pro Hunters claim to be .001, the XT's seem to group just as well for me, so I will probably stick with the XT's.

I have avoided the camo patterns and I would think they would be harder to locate on missed shots, so I just stick with black.
