Deck the halls:

I know a few of you guy's (or wives) decorate the big racks/mounts -- show us your Rudolph!

During the time off for Thanksgiving -- I got a little snack food setup for the coming year. This is the first large batch of jerky shooter jerky I made. It turned out OK -- but a little bland as I used old spices and should have about doubled the called out amounts -- or bought new spices. It's a lot easier to chew, obviously, and quicker and easier to smoke up with the (almost) uniform thicknesses.

Do many of you guys do the ground jerky? How do you like your recipe? Any good (non-commercial) ones to share?

Happy Holidays!

Made a rack for hanging stockings over the fireplace out of a bunch of old bleached out sheds. Will take a pic and insert...

Otherwise I tell the wife that putting decorations on my mounts is disrespectful. not to mention degrading...

I came home once to find some ornaments hanging on the ends of my bighorn's horns. I was NOT a happy camper (nor did they stay). The family could just not understand...
