Its gotten hard to find just the factory receiver and bolt. Ruger used to sell them IIRC. Most online sources of receivers have been sold out for quite some time. If you want a high-end receiver, then there's a few options but most are expensive.

Most people just buy a new or used 10/22 and sell what they don't need or want.

If your just looking for the bolt you can get it here. http://www.e-gunparts.com/productsch...del=1910z10-22 If you need the actual receiver, then you have two choices, buy a used 10/22 and take the receiver (Ruger does not sell this part as it is a serial number part) There are a couple places online that you can get receivers from, but you have to have them shipped to a FFL dealer as they are also a serial number part. You can check https://www.volquartsen.com/product/...ement-receiver These receivers are about the best around...but they are spendy!

If you want a high end reciever, take a look at MOA. 1st class stuff.

I've always wanted a Nylon 66, but never got around to buying one. Great jackrabbit rifle! 10/22's I have had, and they're no slouch, either.

BiMart $169 this week. Sell the stock for $25 and the barrel for $25 and your into a new reciever for $120 which is about what you will pay for a used one on the open market. Only problem is the new ones are plastic.
