River conditions at St. Helens

I went down to the dock behind the Court House at St. Helens. The water coming out of the channel looked pretty dark. You can see the dividing line between light and dark water about half way between the dock and Sand Island. Lots of sturgeon boats at the mouth of the channel. Some salmon fishers on the Woodland bar and a few boats at the mouth of the Lewis River. Vern Huntzinger
