who's hunting this weekend?
I for one, am going prepared. I wil have my neoprene waders on to stay warm. I will be covering them with my camo and I will have my wading boots on. Its going to be cold out there.

Re: who's hunting this weekend?
My waders are waist highs, so at least my lower section will be warm. 2 sweatshirts and my insulated camo coat, face mask and a stocking cap. After all that I will see if I can draw my bow.
If I get an elk down and it gets too cold, I guess I could gut it and crawl inside to keep warm for a while.

OH YEA! I'll be hunting where they want to be, i'm sure in this cold weather. I think some people call it the X. Generally i'm not on the X, but this time I think so.

Your going to be sweating like a dog poopin peach seeds if your wearing the neoprene waders under your hunting clothes and hiking chasing elk

My camo is the lightweight leafy wear from walmart. It looks good and is very light but covers all clothing worn. I could wear a snow white suit under it and never see any white with this camo. my neoprene waders are only 3mil anyway.

I'll be trying part the ribs on an old Blacktail buck this weekend. Blizzard conditions predicted for the northern Cascades.
Sounds like a WOOL weekend!

I have heavy duty chains for my rig if needed. With 75 mph winds, think I'll stick to the reprod and stay on the ground, no treestanding this weekend.
