Who wants to tuna fish on The Blitz

I have booked a 12 hour trip on the Blitz for friday Sept 12th. There are 3 peaple booked on it so far, we need 3 more for the boat to go... any takers?

Hi tady,
I am going this week-end on the Blitz too. I wanted to go Saturday the 13th. If my friend can get Friday off we may go then. I will find out later this evening if he gets to take Friday off. If he does ,we will book for then . If not we will have to go Saturday. I will post later tonight when I find out. Tom

i just called mike and he said saturday only had 10 going. I called the Tradewinds to book and they told me it was booked for next Sat. It looks like I am going to be trying to get more people for Friday's trip. there are 3 now with me and my friend ,it makes 5. I am asking people at work if they want to go, @ Maybe's so far. I will know by latest Wed. Morning. Try your best to get at least 1 more person. I am calling Mike again this evening. ttt

Might be interested, but ocean conditions for Friday don't look good. Would hate to make a trip to Newport to find out we can't go.

I am working pretty hard to find some folks. I think I have one more, I will let you know Tuesday AM. Thanks for helping out, this is my last chance this season to get tuna and I will hate it if I miss it becouse we are short one person.

I talked to Albicore Capt. last evening. There was a misunderstanding in the office. He checked on my reservation and told me I was still on the list for Saturday. I won't be able to do both days and my friend could not get all of Friday off so we will be going on Saturday instead. Mike was real skeptical about Friday's weather and ocean conditions.Maybe you could call and get in on Saturday's outing. Take care. Tom

I cannot make it Saturday. I coach a Youth Soccer team and our games are on Saturday. I am out of town next week. Maybe I can get on a boat later this month.
