You can get them at the "Worlds Foremost Outfitter" online.
I have one and really like how handy it is. Compact, self contained, packable, easy to clip on/off. Just makes it very handy and if its handy it actually gets used.

Re: Any local places to get a Rig'em Right Jerk Rig?
I made my own, fishermans had the same 3# anchor that they use for 12.99. The rest of the stuff I had at home bungee cord, decoy cord, depth adjusters, and 3/0 snap swivels. I took the string off of a old string line that I had to wrap the cord around and even found a little mesh baggy to put it in just like the advertisment.
Run the bungee through the eye in the anchor, tie loop in end of bungee to hook 3/0 snap swivel attached to 100' feet decoy cord then I put a 3/0 swivel sandwiched between 2 depth adjusters to hook the decoy to,I put a total of four swivels for decoys.
