Default 2 Seats Fri - Winchester Bay Offshore

I need 2 crew for this Fri going West from Winchester Bay in search of lingering Chinook. I am booked on Saturday with family coming over, but if you aren't working Friday and want to go.

I have all the tackle you will need, so don't let that stop you.

Orca- I can't believe you've had no strikes on your offer. I would give an eye tooth (what is an eye tooth?) to go on that trip. I am not only interested in that fishery, but in trophy's.
I have to work Friday...........................
I do have most weekends and Tuesdays off.
Maybe some other time.
Happy Hunting.

Just got a report that says the Chinook catching was not happening offshore today. A couple small fish south, but otherwise just some Coho still hanging around. Could just be things turned off today. Sounds like the CR offshore was dead today also.

hff2, do you have the scoop on fishing in the river this time of year, or do you generally do the ocean this late as well? Seems that if there are still Coho offshore, there would be some to catch in the jaws. Guess I will be finding out soon!

Mr. Orca Man,

You know I would go with you and your King Slaying skills in a heart beat, buttt... The in-laws are coming over to Newport, so I will spend my weekend building up my crab stockpile. If the ocean lays down some, I might try for some bass/ling as well.

Chinook will still be out in the ocean, but I would mooch the bar for the big dogs. Cut plugs up to near the old Mill, and spinners and cut plugs above. Good luck.
