Default GPS Number Log

I was just doing an unrelated search and came upon a post from May 13, 2003 where it apeared that someone (Pilar?) was doing a collection of GPS numbers for an eventual Salty Dog's Resource Page. Is there still talk of doing such a page? Did I miss the opportunity to contribute? I have ten+ years of numbers for around Vancouver Island (Alberni Inlet, Barkley Sound, La Perouse Bank, Ucluelet, Nootka Sound, Port McNeill, Port Renfrew, and Swiftsure Bank) and a few local numbers as well, if there is any interest. I'll even try to put them in Excel format. If someone in the know would post or email if a solicitation is or did take place I'd be appreciative. I'd like to participate.
Thanks,
Jean

I asked the same question earlier this month on a different post and I don't think I got had a response. I have experience up in the San Juans and Vancouver Island and wanted to trade my numbers for numbers around here. Let me know if you hear anything.

rockn'reel - I don't have #'s to trade but I sure would like to get some for the San Juans. I just picked up a bigger boat so I can launch at Washington Park and make the run to Orcas, etc. I live in the Everett area and plan on doing afew trips up that way. Anything I can help you with feel free to ask.

Hopefully Pilar will respond to your query.

The idea was to have a password protected area that you gained entry to by being actively involved in the salt and this board. This concept was controversial as a number of folks that never post here thought they were being excluding from the treasure chest for no apparent reason.

The folks who want to share the salt with everyone here all seemed to like the idea, while a group of folks I had never seen post before posted away that it was all wrong to make an "exclusive" club with limited access. Never seen those folks post again since.

The plan died a quick death because of the Pirates who wanted to plunder the treasure without giving anything back to the Salty Dogs.
