Well it looks like mother nature is going to take a dump on the weekend on the water for us dogs.

The NOAA wind prediction could be and often is wrong. But the 7 second interval on the swell is a concern and so is the max ebb ending after daylight.

I hear there is a boat on 'C' dock in S. Beach that may need a little TLC and prep. work prior to an epic voyage. So I'm going to the beach anyway and taking the 'Pilar' with me. If we fish this weekend, that's cool, if not then I'll be clamming and reporting for duty aboard the swordboat.

Just got my orders last night and they say 'First mate, Julie Rose III, report for pre-deployment outfitting and preparation.'
