I have decided to sell an Ocean View lot located in Gold Beach that I've been deliberating on. It sits on 1.88 Acres and is nothing short of spectacular views from a mountain top. Water is there, needs septic placed and it's ready to build. Paved to the lot line and flat area for your home and anything else. It's hard to find a building lot in this area and add an ocean view to boot makes this lot worth a LOT of money. However, I need some cash flow so I'm dropping the price over 50k from "current market value" to 190k. Normally this lot is upwards of 300k so it can be used as an investment property or homesite.
