TUNA report - sorta
I was at the coast a few days this week, Depoe closed under 26', got out around noon and just found some silvers then the sheep started to show.
Talked to a guy cleaning a couple of albies at Newport Wednesday eve. He was on a commercial boat out for four days, they had 1200 plus tunas, the closest was (memory fading here) about 29 miles out near 44 48, 124 48. Looked to be straight out of Depot on the chart.
For what it's worth, third hand info. all disclaimers apply.
I talked to the Coast Guard and it seems that on negative tides they have a tendancy to close the bar at Depoe.

While at the CG staion they were waiting for an Alumaweld sled to come back in, seems he went out while the "Rough Bar" lights were flashing without checking with them. Sounded like a possible fine but I didn't ask. So hail the CG and make your intentions known.
Good luck, gotta go get ready for archery season.
