Yep!, Sea Lion will be sacrificing a couple more Halibut Virgins with any luck. Maybe this time I will be able to fish for Salmon after we get out flat fish. I got a bigger fish box just in case....

I've got a long-standing commitment to go see my mom in Baker City over the Labor Day weekend, so I will be a far cry from the ocean. :depressed:

Good luck, be safe, and HAMMER 'EM!!!

Charlie, I need a bigger boat to go without being "out-toted". Puffin has a whole tote, I just have a half tote but it should keep me and the crew fishing a bit longer....
It was kind of a bummer to have to come back to port just because we had exceeded the capacity of the fish box, huh? It happened more than once so I did my level best to fix that problem. Now to catch a bigger problem. Who wants to break the news to my wife that I need a new Bertram?

Skein,

Sorry to hear your not fishing this weekend. I'm sure your mother will appreciate the visit.

Does that mean this weekend will be a good time for me to check out your boat??

I promise to keep the rpm's under 5k, keep the bow up, no water over the top, no alcohol..., clean up all fish slim, wash the boat inside and out, return with a full tank of fuel, and if you'd like some halibut/tuna/nooks/lings, I'll leave some vacuum packed fillets in the freezer.

Did I miss anything? When's a good time to come over so you could give me the run down on operating your boat? I could be there in 30 minutes since I only live in Albany.

Oh, by the way, your my hero!!

Gregg
