Leftovers!
Ok folks,
Let's get them started! Share all of those awesome turkey leftovers.
Here's one to get started...leftovers for breakfast.
2 cups of diced turkey
2 sliced up green onions
salsa
3 beaten eggs
cook the onion in a little olive oil and add the turkey and a little salsa. Cook it for a couple minutes and add the eggs. Cook until it sets up.
I like to serve it with some sliced avocado and a little more salsa.
