Default Live Tuna Report from Coos Bay

Well dad is out there right now 22 miles and can see tuna jumping all around him. They have 20 in the boat and it's only 9:30. The ocean is absolutely flat, and I'm sitting at work. Man, it's really inconvenient some times. Anyhow, I'll be out there in the morning for sure.

Wow, that's fantastic. 20 in the box @ 9:30, must have started with doubles. Your not the only one wishing to be fishing for tuna.

Thanks for the report, anyone need a baitboy/deckhand,

No numbers right now but they're due west of the Coos Bay bar. Can't wait to hear the final tally tonight. Gotta stock up for the canning next week. I can almost taste the fresh cans of tunie right now!!!

Well the fish are definitely around down here at 20 miles out. They ended up with 56!! and had to quit due to lack of space to put them in. Unfortunately, the guys boat that they were on sells the fish, so he only ended up with 5 on the day?? Sucks for all that work. We tried to hit it first thing saturday, by the way was that you dave on the Betty Kay??? Anyhow, 12 miles out we turned around from sloppy weather. I don't think anyone made the trip that day. What a difference a single day makes. Absolutely flat on friday, and sucks on saturday. I think the ocean has that planned or something. Anyhow, that's the scoop.
