Remember that last Saturday was a "predicted" 6 and 3 at 10 seconds apart. It was more like a mill pond on a lazy July morning. We got a 6 and 3 prediction for Friday with the wind only predicted at 15 which means there is a really good chance the wind won't kick up at all. I think it's one of those you show up and see deals if you ask me. A six foot swell isn't that bad for boats like ours if the seconds are say 9 to 10 apart. It makes a run to the North end of the pile very doable.
I am on the Pilar first light, Friday morning. Heading for the rockpile. Unconfirmed by me at this point. But Johnboy might have called my cel and left me a message. I do not have my cel at this time.
