Thanks for the help this weekend. I knew I should have used the short handle gaff hook.
Were the doctors able to save the eye? Next time I'll use the end with that sharp thingy on the fish. Hope you feel better.

Keta earned that blood. I was on board with the crew and nobody works as hard as Keta. I don't know how he could see as the lens of his glasses were covered in blood.

I am sure we have all fished with those that don't quite carry their weight in helping out with hard work that goes with tuna fishing. Keta is at the other end of the spectrum and he goes above and beyond with his energy and willingness to teach ( and learn ) and do every possible task. Thanks for the hands-on brain spiking lesson and for being an inspiration to all.
