Default Zeiss Parts??

Hey Guys,

I have a Zeiss Conquest 3x9 that I love. However, I lost the windage cap (on the side) during this year's hunting. I have used the Zeiss website...no parts listed for the conquest. I have tried emailing them from their website without response. I went to Sportsman's Warehouse where I bought the thing, and they got me some phone number to call etc. but I have still not had success getting this part.

Anybody out there have any ideas??

Zeiss are pretty spendy optics, you would think they would have excllent customer service. If Zeiss wont answer Id go back to sportsmans and talk to a manager. they sold the things to you, they should help you get it sorted out.

Old Soldier got me a phone number and I finally was able to actually talk to someone.....

If you ever need Zeiss Parts

1.800.441.3005 (option 4)

Once I got them on the phone, they were great. They are sending the parts out today.....
