I am planning a run to Ilwaco to do some silver slappin on Friday and have my fingers crossed that the ocean will be doable with my sled. I do not like fishing inside but will if need be. I looked up the tides for the 22cnd and I find the flood to be coming in until about 10:30 or so in the morning. The interesting thing is from 10:30 until the tide stops ebbing, there is only a one foot water exchange from 4.5 to 3.5. Does this sound correct
If that is indeed the case, the bar shouldn't be an issue even on the ebb should it

The central closure has me bummed but just thinking of hitting the salt again on Friday has me giddy
Anyone else making the run? I may have an open seat. I'll post it a little later on in the week if it's still empty.
