Default New Birds

Lots of new birds out at my usual haunt near St. Helens. We managed a couple nice limits. 10 Mallards, 1 pintail, 1 wigeon, 1 gadwall, and a teal.

I saw more birds Sunday than I saw every other hunt this season combined. It's on like a chicken bone! I hope everyone else is finding some increased success too!

What do you think Lucy is looking at over my shoulder?

Yep, the next set of mallards landing in the decoys as we prepare to pick up.

Man that sun is bright! Do they make camo makeup in SPF50?

Looks like some good hunts, Kurt.

The last time I was out there looked to be more birds in the area. I hope to get out this week and see how many more have showed up.

I hope we've got a few new birds,

cause me and alex have eaten all the old ones.
