Default Anyone ever fish out of Honolulu?

Hi all ye Salties,
I'm back from Quebec City so I guess I should say "Bonjour`."
Anyhoo,
I'm headed for Honolulu on Monday on business and was wanting to do a spot of fishing while I was there.
I will have three extra personal days to conduct this endeavor.
Does any one have any recommendations for Charters or a certain boat? Horror/success stories? What to bring?
Many thanks in advance
Mahalo'

Hey guys,
Thanks for the heads-up on the Hawaii info. This Hoale wants to catch fish and maybe take some back home with too.
I am well aware of the "fish disposition" (selling of fish caught on the boat) situation. I have contacted "Monkey Business" Charters out of Honolulu. They said I could keep all the fish I wanted as long as the fish was under 100lbs. I was talking to the guy on his cell phone while he was out fishing, he had to hang up and call me back because he had a few fish coming in. I thought that was a pretty good sign.
I was thinking about doing some sort of shared trip. Any thoughts on these? Maybe go after some ono or mahi-mahi or perhaps smaller TUNA! The large billfish stuff seems a little out of my league$$$$$.
I'll be there on business a few days prior to fishing. Hopefully that will give me time to check different boats out and see what they come back with. Day one will be right next to Fisherman's Warf.
I'll also be hooking up with the brother (who lives in Honolulu) of a friend of mine here in Vancouver. He is hardcore like us, but he fishes almost exclusively from the bank (rocks). I'll be packing my big'ole honkin' Penn SS9500 spinning reel that I'm glad I did not sell. Maybe I can put that thing to good use over there.
I'll be signing off for the week at 3:00pm today so any help between now and then is great!
Thanks again guys,
Ragnar

Fly over to the big Island and get a ride with Mike Vidal from Legend fishing or on Marlin Parkers boat these boats always catch fish. Vidal was the world billfish champ a couple of years ago. I have fished with both. Note there are way cheaper boats to get on, but you want skilled and high quality people when you fish in Hawaii or you will just take a boat ride.
