This is my first year of going turkey hunting and wondering where good spots are. Im very avid goose and duck hunter and fisher and looking to expand my horizons! Thanks

Default Re: Turkey hunting reports?

I posted the same query titled "Corvallis Turkey" on probably the next page.

I'm from Eugene and we always just left the area and went down to Rice Hill or Cottage Grove area.
There is some real good turkey out on the way towards Sweethome if you head out Mohawk area from Eugene. Every time I drive by Shotgun Creek there's turkeys sitting in someones yard. After this downpour begins and ends, go drive around and look towards the lower fields. Bring a bottle of wine and a 6pack of micro brew beer to kindly ask a land owner when you see a gang squatting. If you don't find turkey...at least you'll have a bottle of wine and a 6 pack when you get home
