Jigging for Herring?
Are there any good herring jigging opportunities in Nehalem or Tillamook bay? Whats the best tide?
Ive noticed some big bait ball in tillamook, but couldnt make out the ID. Anchovies? sardines? The sea bass seemed to like them and the seals! Or were the seals after bigger fish? We used to jig in Siletz bay and yaquina with great results, but these northern bays are a mystery! Any suggestions? [img]graemlins/1zhelp.gif[/img]
