Default Bi-Mart still closing out fishing tackle

Have been in to the Beaverton (Western Ave), Aloha (185th and Farmington) and Hillsboro (21st & Cypress) stores in the last couple days - they still had shelves full of closeout tackle.

LOTS of Kwikfish still 50% off. I picked up a K14 yesterday priced at $2 and change. Blue Fox versions of the Kwickfish are less than $2 a piece.

Lots of Roostertail spinners for $2 or less, and the bass-guys might find some of the plastics they're closing out useful.

Each store had a few dozen Kwikfish left easily. Lot of K16's, but there's also a lot of K12's - K14 sizes too, and saw a bunch of smaller plugs for trout/kokes.

Not a bad time to be buying if they've got what you need/want.

Same thing at The Dalles Bimart. I not sure what K-fish to buy for spring/summer/fall Chinook. Anyone know? Can you sand them off and repaint?

Yes, at that price, its worth playing with. Grab any red fluor in any size.
And will someone buy the deep purple plugs at Woodstock, I cant stand it!

Easy enough to tell if they do, just shake the package

So far since the clearance sales went into effect, i've purchased 7 plugs (don't want to get tooo ahead of myself, since I've not trolled a plug for salmon since around 1996)

I've got 4 K16's, a K14, and the two Blue Fox kwikfish type plugs, one about the same size as a K14, the other is the next size smaller. In the big ones I got 2 gold w/ red stripes, 1 silver / neon green stripes, 1 silver with neon greenish-yellow ends (no stripes). The K14 is silver/green, the larger blue fox is kind of a silvery-gold w/ redish pink stripes, and the smallest is silver w/ blue, green and red hues.

I'm probably going to get Siwash hooks to replace all the trebles. I don't like treble hooks much anymore.

I have been buying some stuff on EBAY from some guy in Vancouver he has LOTs of stuff and it is cheap and new.

A lot of it is stuff maybe you will not use until spring or summer but the deal is so good it is worth buying now!!

My Bi mart also has a bin of close outs. great deals there also.

That is good. The Ifish kwiks have no rattle sometimes, if that tells you anything!

That worked well...I either just spent $33 I may not have needed to spend (what AM I saying?) or saved $132...the box I scavenged from was half off then another half off at the register...

Thanks!
