I'm heading over on the 22nd, Just wondering if anyone else had been over there, And if they had any luck.
Hey Tater...which area are you headin? I am in North ID, and have been seeing more and more deer each time out! With the recent change in weather (snow/rain) it is ONLY going to get better!
Good luck!

Not yet, but I hope to soon! We are leaving on the 17th for a week over near Kooskia, I got a report from a client who has a cabin on the Selway and the big ones are not showing themselves yet, so I think the timing will be just right!!!!!

Re: Any Idaho whitetail reports???
We are from the Coeur d'Alene area so if you are going out of Orofino I may not be much help but earlier in the season a lot more deer were seen. It seems in the last few weeks the reports I have been getting are a lot of wolf activity and less deer movement. I know of a few big ones killed but on private land that if your are not in the "in" crowd you can't hunt so tough luck there. I am waiting for late archery season to get goin that is when it gets fun to me. I love the early bow season and late season, the in between is just for fun.
