Default Woot, UPS dropped off two boxes

And inside were my new rod & reel from Albright. I'm glad I opted for the 9/10 size reel - balances really well with the 10 foot rod. Curse the rain gods and their unrelenting torrents that blew out the rivers. I'm thinking this setup would be a bit overkill for 10 inch trout from a lake...I haven't tried taking it outside yet (doing house chores while surfing) but wiggling it in the living room the rod seems to be a moderately fast (parabolic?) action.

Looking forward for sure to getting out and exercising this rod. Pix to come later...

Awesome! I look forward to hearing how it performs when you finally get it out on the water....Those Albrights seem like a good bang for the buck, but I've never tried one.

congrats on the great present for UPS!
