Nice catch. I sure wish I'da been hanging around the dock when you guys came in.

I'll bet you guys had them bad boys shucked in no time at all though. Sumpthin' tells me you're having a LOT of fun out there.

Way to go.

Default Team Pilsbury rides again

The Doughboys met up again and decided to try out hand at a grandslam (nook, tuna, halibut). The tuna were to far out for us with the cold water, but we did manage to find some halibut and chinook. We went to the Rockpile and had no problem catching our halibut. While chinook fishing we caught several extra halibut and had to release them. Finally we limited on chinook and headed to the dock with limits on 2 species, making it a stand up double, rather a grand slam.

EdSr caught a fish I wish we would have put on the scales. My guess was low 40's, a very nice fish. The picture doesnt do this fish any justice, it had a lot of girth.

Thanks for the trip Ed, always a lot of fun.

Hey is that McGyver standing in the middle? Must have shaved his mullet off.

Way to go boys. looks like you rocked them this weekend. Edsr with a nice nook. Tell the truth, was Roy really just an NB on your boat or did he really catch some of those fish?

Smily, you could stack 2 shad on top of each other and they would still look bigger than the doughboy captain. ...oh and smell better to boot.

Gus - you keep making derogatory comments about Ed the captain, and he will clean the fish slime out of the boat with your rear end

Ed - my wife told me I smelled like fresh baby rose pedals on a soft dewy morning when I got home. She couldnt even tell I had been fishing from the aroma

Dave - have fun in Vegas, and dont hit on 20, it is a low odd bet.

Don't know about that, but he is trainable. Cuz when Yoseppi, the guy with the funny hat, quits turning the crank on the music box, Roy brings back the money cup.

I think I just peed myself from laughing so hard Dennis. Oh man my sides hurt. Yumpin' yemini he's a cute little bugger.

All kidding aside, a very nice hall and could not have happened to a nicer guy. Way to go Roy.

Hey Gus, who won this years pool on that springer sensation BOE anyways?

LMAO!
What I would really like to know is where does he keep his tail, it never shows?

Ahhh, what pool? I just pocketed 5002$ bucks, 1 dollar for each ifish member and 2 lurkers? Roy won't show me his tag to prove he actually caught a springer, so I am not paying out.... I do recall that he molested a carp dressed up like a salmonoid somewhere on the columbia, but I ain't counting that one.

Edsr....yeah,, BOE is real nice when he is sleeping, better check your glove compartment for bullheads, perch, and whatever stray catch may have come aboard.

Denny,,, fish dinners at McDonalds at that, you need to review the sringer post. Time to recycle the this thread.
